Aplin Martin is working with the landowners on a proposed subdivision within the 13200 – 13500 Block of Surrey. We intend to inform and consult with the public regarding the proposed development on the subject site.

Aplin Martin, on behalf of the landowners, submitted an application in February 2022. The subject application seeks OCP amendment from Suburban to Urban, LAP amendment to the Central Semiahmoo Peninsula, Rezoning from One Acre Residential (RA) to Single Family Residential (RF), Single Family Residential 13 Zone (RF-13) and Multiple Family 13 Zone (RM-23) and Subdivision into approximately 153 lots - 26 RF lots, 39 RF-13 lots, and 88 RM-23 lots.

Development Application Details

The subject site is located in South Surrey and is located in the Central Semiahmoo Peninsula Local Area Plan (LAP) adopted in 1993 and remains the same without any changes till today.

Specifically, the subject application proposes the following:

  • Rezoning – from One Acre Residential (RA) to Single Family Residential (RF) , Single Family Residential 13 Zone (RF-13) and Multiple Family 13 Zone (RM-23)

  • Subdivision – From 13 lots to 153 lots

  • Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment – From Suburban to Urban

  • Local Area Plan (LAP) Amendment – From Half Acre Gross Density to TBD
