Sanderson Way
Aplin Martin was involved in a design-build project to add 300,000 square feet of space for a commercial real estate expansion in Burnaby. The project includes design and construction services for on- and off-site works. Onsite works include roadworks, stormwater management, civil servicing and erosion & sediment control (ESC) within the 2.54-hectare site. Offsite works include approximately 700 metres of watermain upgrades on Gilmore Way and Sanderson Way, and roadworks upgrades including a mid-block signalized pedestrian crossing and a new site entrance and brand-new full-size roundabout designed on a sloped road on Sanderson Way.
