Alpin Martin provided engineering, survey, and planning services for a 12-lot residential duplex site (24 units in total) in South Surrey. Our planning department was responsible from initiation to final which included rezoning and submission to allow for single-family semi-detached residential lots and an OCP amendment from suburban to the urban designation. Our architecture was responsible for the building permit.
