For our client, Lakewood Sunnyside Development, we worked on the offsite and onsite civil servicing for a 122-unit townhouse development. This private land had active existing storm and sanitary services running through it that had to be accommodated by the new site plans. Onsite utility, road and building layout was customized to be able to maintain service to the existing development to the south while still efficiently utilizing the available land and servicing the proposed units.
