Alpin Martin was the lead consultant who provided on-site engineering, survey and planning services for a 145 Lot, Suburban Single-Family Subdivision (farm lot, open space lot, 3 park lot) previously a golf course. This included an OCP amendment from ‘AG’ to ‘Suburban’, rezoning ‘AI’ to ‘RQ’, ‘PG’ to ‘A-1’, an RGS (Metro Van) amendment, non-ALR portion of the site ‘rural’ to ‘general urban’ and amending the urban containment boundary.
