For our client, Essence Properties Ltd. we worked on a 30-unit townhouse development, onsite and offsite civil servicing. Our aim was to minimize the site filling while maintaining adequate gravity service to the lot as the topography of the lot was not ideal to service to the existing municipal services fronting the site. We worked with the architect to determine unit types that were best suited to reduce the amount of fill required and we determined an efficient sanitary service location to maintain an acceptable volume of earthworks.
