DOM International – Freezing Facility Redevelopment

Alpin Martin is the Civil Engineer of Record for the Proposed DOM International Industrial Redevelopment at 1 Golden Gate Court in Scarborough, ON. Alpin Martin prepared the detailed civil engineering design in support of site plan approval including site grading plan, site servicing plan, stormwater management, and erosion/sediment control measures. Alpin Martin will further provide civil contract administration services during the tentative Fall 2019 Construction Schedule. Redevelopment of the existing 17,000 ft² industrial facility including a 12,000 ft addition complete with revised private laneways, loading dock facilities, and landscape features.
