For our client, Dawson + Sawyer Developments Ltd. we worked on the onsite and offsite civil servicing for two projects, of 38 unit & 41 unit townhouses in Surrey, BC. The existing downstream sanitary capacity constraints and a red coded creek splitting the development.
We evaluated another sanitary catchment area to achieve a servicing strategy that was effective and did not require significant downstream upgrades by providing an overflow connection. We worked with the environment consultant and the Semiahmoo Fish and Game Club to minimize development impact to the existing creek.
