Aplin Martin Announces Updates to Architecture Leadership

We have reached a key milestone date in our Architectural Division’s history, as Court Sin has been appointed to the role of Director, Architecture, and Scott MacDonald has been appointed to the role of Senior Architectural Advisor.

Over a remarkable four-decade-long career, Scott’s dedicated and impassioned leadership has been evident since he joined Aplin Martin in 2023. In his time with the firm, Scott’s strategic insight emboldened our architecture division in growing and emerging markets. With a wealth of experience, Scott’s new role will continue to allow him to be a guiding force alongside Court.

Court joined Aplin Martin in March this year and has been a seamless addition to the Aplin Martin family. Court has sustained excellence as an architectural professional over his 20-year-long career. His broader architectural experience, including mixed-use master planning, hospitality and entertainment sectors, along with his business and people leadership skills will strategically grow the diverse architectural practice and legacy established by Scott.
