  • A Development Application has been submitted by Cedar Row Estates (the owner of 16352 88A Ave) to the City of Surrey for a proposed 107-unit townhouse community on the northern portion of the subject site. The remaining 7.4 acres of the site will be dedicated as environmentally protected open space to the City of Surrey.
