Welcome to the Virtual Public Information Meeting (PIM) website for City of Surrey Development Application #19-0285. First Capital, the owner of Semiahmoo Shopping Centre, is proposing a mixed-use development on the northern portion of the Semiahmoo Shopping Centre site. The Semiahmoo Shopping Centre will continue to be operational and will not be redeveloped as part of the current application.
A Rezoning, Subdivision, and Development Permit application has been submitted by the Semiahmoo Shopping Centre owner, First Capital, to the City of Surrey, for a mixed-use development on the northern portion of the Semiahmoo Shopping Centre site.
First Capital is proposing to develop 3 mid to high-rise residential buildings ranging in heights from 12 to 24 storeys, with ground floor commercial uses, potential community amenity space, and a public park to be dedicated to the City.
