Commercial Development

Our Commercial Development project involved the development of a 2-storey commercial building that seamlessly integrated at-grade parking, a loading dock, and well-designed landscape features. To ensure effective stormwater management, we incorporated multiple underground detention tanks, complemented by meticulous infiltration design. Leveraging the Stormconn SDD3 Oil/Grit Separator enabled us to successfully meet the required water quality standards. However, the project was not without its challenges.

We had to grapple with the task of providing adequate on-site storage to meet the allowable release rate, necessitating precise calculations and strategic planning. Additionally, the process of connecting to the water main within the right-of-way while ensuring sufficient clearance over regional infrastructure demanded careful coordination and meticulous execution. Despite these challenges, the team remained dedicated to delivering an exemplary project that effectively balanced functionality, technical sophistication, and adherence to stringent water quality standards.
