Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd. was retained by Stewart Land Strategies to lead the production of a Master Plan/Neighbourhood Plan in Westbank First Nation (WFN). Working with the project developer, landscape architect, and WFN staff Aplin Martin has drafted a comprehensive Master Plan document, complete with planning and urban design objectives, land use and illustrative site plans, and development statistics. The intent of The Bluffs Master Plan is to establish a defined vision for the area that is pursuant of WFN objectives and cultural values. The plan facilitates a vibrant, mixed-use hub that offers unique housing, amenities, and open space.
