Roy Skeet, P.Eng.

Roy Skeet is a Professional Engineer with over 15-years of municipal design experience and project management in the completion of road rehabilitation and reconstruction projects, as well as underground utilities for municipalities throughout the Lower Mainland. As Engineering Lead, Vancouver Capital Works, Roy is directly involved with preliminary and detail design drawing preparation, construction and engineering cost estimates, municipal documentation, contract administration and tendering. Roy exercises his technical and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, conduct site inspections, collaborate with our design team professionals, and coordinate external agencies to fulfill drawing submission requirements for project construction.
