Derek Hull is a professional engineer with experience in both business and team leadership, and project management. As the Chief Operating Officer, Derek oversees and supports the operations of all business groups within the firm. Combining a passion for optimizing systems, supporting our team members’ continual growth, and turning Key Performance Indicators into a starting point for meaningful conversations, Derek enjoys supporting the advancement of all facets of the organization. Derek is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
