Court Sin, Architect, OAA, LEED AP, MRAIC
Court Sin is Deputy Director of Architecture and a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience leading complex architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams across international markets. Based in the Oakville office, he supports operational performance, design leadership, and strategic alignment across the Architectural Division.
Mr. Sin has a proven track record of guiding large studios through growth, operational complexity, and high-performance project delivery. With a background rooted in design leadership, he has led the delivery of complex multi-site projects across the globe. His broader experience includes adaptive reuse, on-site project coordination, sustainable design, and architectural academic instruction—contributing to a holistic perspective that bridges design, delivery, and team development.
His work is defined by a multidisciplinary approach that integrates architecture, experience design, interiors, and master planning into cohesive guest experiences. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (MRAIC), and his project experience includes award-winning work, highlighted by an RAIC Governor General’s Medal in Architecture. Mr. Sin is recognized for combining strong design thinking with operational clarity—aligning teams, elevating project outcomes, and leading the delivery of complex, experience-driven environments.
