Chesley Blahut, P.Eng., CPESC

Chesley Blahut is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure and land development projects across Ontario.

With a strong background in municipal servicing and roadway design, Mr. Blahut has contributed to a wide range of projects including, residential, commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use developments, as well as municipal road reconstruction and multi-phase community developments. He brings particular expertise in project management, client service, utility planning, hydraulic modelling, master servicing, roadway design, and integrated infrastructure servicing. Mr. Blahut works closely with municipalities, utility agencies, and consultant teams to coordinate infrastructure design and resolve technical challenges related to stormwater, sanitary, and water distribution systems.

As Engineering Lead for the Greater Toronto Area, Mr. Blahut provides strategic direction and oversight for the delivery of complex infrastructure assignments, guiding projects from preliminary concept through detailed design and construction.
