Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd provides complete design, construction and project management services for public sector capital works, including: road, water, drainage and sewer systems planning, design and construction inspection services. This involves complex water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and storm water management systems.

Work includes conceptual and detailed design, coordinate outside agency approvals, report preparation, and tendering and construction administration for municipal utilities for a variety of different types of projects.

Our engineering staff is organized into project teams with specific technical and/or geographic expertise. Each assignment receives the attention and care necessary to ensure that the project is properly completed within time and budget constraints. Our expertise in civil and municipal engineering is demonstrated by the many infrastructure expansion and renewal projects completed for local municipalities, as well as other levels of government, and crown corporations, in both the Lower Mainland and throughout British Columbia.
